Overview

The No Sweat Membership is a monthly maintenance plan offered by AZ Chill designed to keep your HVAC system running efficiently year-round. This membership is applicable only to residential clients. For commercial clients interested in a membership, an appointment is required to create a custom plan. Membership payments are applied toward two seasonal maintenance visits—one in the spring and one in the fall—within the same calendar year, as well several other great benefits.

Each active membership includes:

• Two seasonal system tune-ups in November/December & March/April ($95 value per unit)

• $95 fee waived for emergency visit on weekdays in between seasonal tune-ups during regular business hours

• 15% OFF all Repairs ($45-$100 value)

• $500 OFF new unit installations

• Priority scheduling for 24/7 emergency service

• No rate increase for weekend or holiday service calls ($60 value)

• Extended labor warrantee on new unit installs up to 5 years! (Free labor for repairs)

Membership Cost

• Monthly Fee: $16/month per unit.

• Payments are automatically billed each month on your chosen payment date.

• Payments must be automatically recurring via credit card, not paid manually.

• Monthly payments are collected to cover the two maintenance visits within the same calendar year.

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting AZ Chill directly.

• All membership payments apply to the calendar year they are made in and are credited towards service calls during that year. If you cancel your membership after you have received a service call, but have not paid for the full year, you will be charged the balance of the fee for the service calls completed.

• No refunds will be issued for months already paid, including partial months.

• If you cancel before both seasonal visits are completed, your account will be charged at the regular non-member rate for any service visits already performed that year.

Scheduling & Service

AZ Chill will notify members when seasonal maintenance scheduling opens each spring and fall. Usually bookings will open on November 1st and March 1st for Members.

Maintenance visits must be scheduled within the seasonal windows to qualify under the membership plan.

Missed or unscheduled visits do not roll over into future years.

Agreement Acknowledgment

By enrolling in the No Sweat Membership, you authorize recurring monthly payments and agree to the terms outlined above. Membership benefits subject to change.
